Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loomstone, every carpet, rug and flooring solution is custom designed and made to order. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

Cancellations: an order may be cancelled in writing before production begins, subject to deduction of design, sampling and administrative costs already incurred. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and the advance payment is non-refundable.

Returns: because products are made to your approved specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or for variations in colour, pattern or size that are within the approved sample tolerance.

Damaged or defective goods: please inspect your delivery on receipt and notify us within 7 days at Office@loomstone.in or +91 9916199988, with photographs and the order details. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a suitable credit or refund.

Refund process: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 working days.

Samples: sample fees, if charged, are non-refundable.
